@dgold If that’s the case, Owens was wrong but it looked like he thought he was talking to a doctor! Can’t believe I’m defending a Welsh referee to this extent after all the abuse I hear Wayne Barnes get where I live and work - I’m English but have lived in Wales for 24 years :)
