@dgold @vanessa Going to have to pitch in here and say that I live about 5 miles from the Penderyn Distillery, which produces Wales' only single malt whisky which is very good (and unpeated with the exception of a couple of lightly peated versions which have been finished in old Talisker casks). If you like smooth, easy drinking malts it's definitely worth a try!
