- The Last Bookshop, 60 Park St
- Dreadnought Books, 125 St Georgeβs Rd
Plus a couple of pubs for some real ale refreshment πΊπ
Nearly 8 miles walked and only (!) five books purchased - a couple by C.S.Lewis, a biography of C.S.Lewis and two cricket books π

Watched: The Most Reluctant Convert: The Untold Story of C.S. Lewis, 2021 - β β β π₯
Not really an “untold story”, rather just little more than a well-performed monologue containing a series of quotes from Lewis' writings. The backdrop of recreated, sometimes briefly dramatised, scenes from Lewis' life are attractive enough to watch but I could almost as easily have listened to or read the monologue.
