I’ve been inspired by Rachel Roddy this week. Some delicious results.
On Tuesday I cooked her recipe for broad bean, potato and fennel soup which provided two evening meals.
Then yesterday I made a Romanian apple and caraway loaf cake, her selection from Irina Georgescu’s book Tava.
