Watched: Inspector Morse - The Wench is Dead 📺

I have read and used to own the full set of Colin Dexter’s Morse novels. I had to let the books go because of bookshelf space pressure. I have regretted that decision a few times 📚😕

I’m sure I’ve also watched all the episodes of John Thaw’s Morse TV series, probably when they were first broadcast - which would have been 1998 for this episode.

Still, many years later, I did not remember the storyline of this episode. An enjoyable re-acquaintance with a slightly unusual story 🕵️‍♂️
