Strangely we had Italian food tonight - seafood linguine and gnocchi alla Sorrentina. The owners of the apartments weβre staying in are an ItalianβGreek couple who live in Naples when itβs out of season here. He (Italian) has a big influence on the food served in the bar here. It was delicious π€€

Bees were once wasps but diverged from them during the Cretacious period when flowering plants appeared in nature. In effect, they made peace with the natural world choosing a diet of flower pollen over that of their former hunter scavenger selves. The beginnings of ‘flower power’. Peace to the bees.
