Spent a long time preparing sushi maki with my daughter last night. Fillings of shiitake, smoked tofu, avocado, sweet potato and smoked salmon. Delicious but we still haven’t got the sizes quite right; they tend to turn out a little on the large side.

Just watched the New Year’s Day Doctor Who. That was a good episode, I always like a time loop and Aisling Bea and Adjani Salmon were superb.
