@ridwan Normally I’d expect to do 10 miles of an indoor ride in about half an hour, pedalling at a virtual 19-20 mph. Today I took it a little easier and took 40 minutes 🙂

In comparison, in the real world I’d usually cover about 6 miles of a flat ride in half an hour, so I’m not that good a cyclist 😄
