@jeremycherfas Worked surprisingly well considering itโs the first time weโve tried it.
What I do need is to experiment more with the dough to try and make the breads more flexible when they cool down - the ones today went a little hard. Iโm guessing more moisture in the mix, but that will probably make the dough more difficult to work with ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
